MEMORIES YOU CAN LISTEN TO AGAIN

TrouwTelefoon audio guest book hire in Eindhoven

Let your guests record a wish, a memory or a funny story. TrouwTelefoon captures the voices behind the congratulations, creating an audio guest book for your wedding in Eindhoven, Helmond or Deurne.

How the audio guest book works

  1. Record a personal welcome message in advance.
  2. Place the phone somewhere easy to find and reasonably quiet. Guests lift the handset, hear your greeting and leave their message after the beep.
  3. After the event, you receive the recorded messages digitally, so you can keep them and listen again.

Give your guests an idea

A short question helps people get started: what is a memory of us you will never forget, or what do you wish for our future? Add a small instruction card and choose a place where music does not drown out the voices.

Hire it separately or combine it

Standalone hire starts at €75, with unlimited audio recordings and digital delivery of the messages. With an AI Photobooth, TrouwTelefoon is available as an extra for €65. For other combinations, include your preference in your request.

We check availability for your date and send a no-obligation quote first. You pay nothing online here. Delivery and collection are exclusively at a home or business address; you arrange transport to your venue yourself.
